Re: Install Interior LEDs
EL (electrioluminance) lighting is very expensive. I know the dealer of lighttape (the product used in TRON) in singapore and for a 1M length and 1cm thick it will cost about $50 with out the ballast required to power the lights. But if anyone is interested i can arrange for them to give you a quote.

Hi Guys, may I check with you. For replacing the interior warm light to LEDs.. The light clip holder is exactly the same as the youtube video? Am I right to say that I need to buy the LEDs with 31mm length (pointed at both ends - as shown in the video)?

the price depends on the type of lines you want (single wire or multi-strand), how many rows u need, on where; dashboard, centre console, mug holders, head/ taillamps, seats, door or ceiling etc, how you want the layout to be etc. No matter what you choose, be prepared to have the car interior stripped for days.
for me i used multi strands (each as thin as a 10lb fishing line) on the ceiling becos when it turned on at night, it looks relaxed and not so glaring than single wire. Total time consumed 9 days with bare ceiling and all doors (of cos u can still drive).

It comes with a sound activated module that control the optic lights to be solid or pulse with your music right?

u can check with Dave (nightz concept) on that module. he used to have it installed in his Odyssy. I dont have the price breakdown on optic lights becos i did a whole package (4 rows of optic lights sewed on suede wrapping on the ceiling, 4 doors, and all pillars) total 1k ++.
