Roof Top Bicycle Carrier for Elantra

Hi,
I am looking for a bicycle roof carrier setup for elantra with sunroof?
Prefer to have roof top compared to the trunk carriers.
Has anyone done this previously or any recommendations on which shop to approach?
Planning to have a 2 bicycle setup on the roof. Does it also requires any clearance from LTA as well?
